Please complete one submission per vehicle and include at least the last eight digits of your VIN.

In-Service date and Current mileage are required for us to process your request. Supplying your vehicle’s Make and Model is also helpful to expedite your request. For better tracking, please also include your Bus number.

If your vehicle is out-of-service and needs urgent attention, please mark the “Vehicle Down” check-box accordingly.

Location
Please include where the bus will be serviced and where any parts will need to be sent. In the Address name field, please include the person name responsible for receiving warranty parts. Example – Address Name: Bus Agency Name C/O John Smith

Authorized Repairs
Please raise a warranty claim with ENC before commencing any repairs. ENC will sometimes approve a local dealer, contractor or end customer to complete authorized repairs. In these cases, a quote is required up-front to ENC for approval prior to any repairs commencing.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF ENC STANDARD WARRANTY
The ENC Standard Warranty is 2 years and 50,000 miles (whichever occurs first) from the In-Service date. Certain vendor components such as Engines and Transmissions feature a pass-thru warranty. For these items, we pass on the vendor’s standard warranty. Depending on the item, it may range from 1-5 year warranty period. Standard warranty applies to ENC manufactured items.
