Royal Canadian Mounted Police Selects ENC to Supply Diesel Hybrid AXESS Buses Through City View Bus Sales & Service
RIVERSIDE, CALIFORNIA, USA – January 14, 2026 – ENC®, a U.S.-based transit bus manufacturer and subsidiary of Rivaz Inc., today announced that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (“RCMP”) has selected ENC to supply two diesel-electric hybrid AXESS® 40-foot transit buses. The vehicles will be procured through City View Bus Sales & Service Ltd. (“City View”), ENC’s authorized Canadian dealer. The buses will be used to support personnel shuttle service.
The contract marks an important step in ENC’s expansion into the Canadian market. The hybrid system reduces fuel consumption when compared to conventional diesel buses while cutting NOx and CO₂ emissions, improving air quality in the communities where the vehicles operate.
